Monday october 27th
We went to Gardner village for family home evening. It was all decorated for halloween with witches. when we first got there Bailee was scared of the witches. we sat her on a bench to get a picture by one of the witches she was scared and sreamed mommy daddy! But after we walked around for a bit she realized the witches were not real. She kept saying witchies scary. She loved all the pumpkins and lights everywhere. We went at night and they had green lights on all the trees.
On tuesday october 28th our ward had trunk or treat night. Bailee dresses up as a witch, but was not interested in wearing her hat. She had a black and orange tutu that I made, it made the costume really cute. She doesnt say trick or treat but she did say thank you to everyone who gave her candy. She doesnt get the whole trick-or-treating thing but she loves the candy!

sAtUrDAy OcTOber 25th
We had our annual Halloween costume party! Our family was the superman family. We had chili, breadsticks, cup cakes, cookies, salads, and tons of other food! We had a good turn out and alot of fun. It was fun to see everyones kids all dressed up. In our basement we set up our bounch house...it was a good babysitter for the night. We had costume prizes for best theme costume, the scariest and the most original costume. Yes in the picture Garrett is holding a real snake! One of his friends had two snakes for part of his costume( I'm not sure what he was or maybe he just brought the snakes for fun) I dont really like snakes so I didnt want to hold them

Thursday October 23rd Hayley (Garrets sister ) and Weston Bell were maried in the Salt Lake temple. On Friday the 24th they had there reception in Brigham City Utah. It was alot of fun. When they went to leave the reception we had sparklers we were lighting. Garrett thought ot would be a good idea to light 8 sparkerlers at one time, the same time everyone else was lighting there one sparker. The next thing I saw was a huge sparker flame coming out of Garrets hand and everyone running ( it looked like he was on fire). He quickly ran away from everyone and dropped the sparklers. He ended up with a second dagree burn on his hand and sindged the front of his hair! I wish we had it on video. The night before she got married we had a girls night at my house. We did manicures eyebrow waxing body scrubs ate pizza and watched chick ficks! I didnt take any pictures of the girls night but it was alot of fun!

Happy October!
Halloween is almost here...and we are having our annual costume party. Our family is dressing as super heros for our party. Bailee and I are being witches halloween night, and Garrett is going to be a vampire. This year Bailee might enjoy some trick or treating, she loves candy!
I posted some new pics finally. They are in Jackson Hole the end of August. We went there for Garrett's 100 mile ultra marathon that he had been training for. We went with his siter heather and her husband Ryan who did the 50 mile ultra marathon. Garretts friend Matt Ward did the race as well. It was really preaty up there. We stayed in a resort called the Grand Teton. The race started at the resort and ended there. It was four 25 mile loops in the mountains. You had to finish the race within a 36 hour period. It took Garrett 35.5 hour to finish. But he finished! He said it was the longest day and a half of his life. He was'nt sure he would finish, but I new he would. The longest run he had done up to this point was 50 miles. He lost both his pinky toe nails and had a hard time walking for about a week but he survived. I'm not sure he will do another race like that.
